  • I want to sign my son/daughter up for a class. What do I do?
    To check out our member classes head over to the membership tab.
  • What is the difference between the 30 day and 90 day fitness plans?
    The 30 day plan is a short-term program that focuses on kickstarting your fitness journey and helping you establish healthy habits. The 90 day plan is a more comprehensive program that provides a structured approach to achieving your fitness goals, with more advanced workouts and nutrition guidance.
  • How do I sign up for the 30 day or 90 day fitness plan?
    To sign up for either plan, please head over to the programs tab for more information about the plans and help you choose the one that suits your needs and goals.
  • What kind of workouts are included in the 30 day and 90 day fitness plans?
    Both plans include a variety of workouts, including strength training, cardio, and functional training. The 90 day plan includes more advanced workouts and progressions, while the 30 day plan is designed to be more accessible for beginners.
  • Will I have access to the fitness plans after my membership expires?
    Unfortunately, access to the fitness plans is only available during the duration of your membership. However, you may purchase either program again to regain access.
  • What should I wear to the gym?
    We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Athletic shoes with good support are also important to prevent injuries. Avoid wearing jewelry or anything that might get caught in the equipment.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    1. On a mobile phone navigate to the three-stripe menu button in the top left corner of the page. 2. At the top of the page, you will see your profile in a circle next to the notification bell with your photo or first name letter in it. 3. Click your profile then go to "my subscriptions". 4. Once you're at the page scroll down to your subscription and click "cancel subscription"
